Kyle Richards and ex Mauricio Umansky were spotted getting cozy at a New Year's Eve bash in Aspen, Colo., sparking reconciliation rumors

During the trip, their daughter Sophia posted several TikToks of her parents spending time together

Richards and Umansky separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, but have remained close

Kyle Richards and ex Mauricio Umansky are fueling rumors of a reconciliation.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 56, and the real estate broker, 55, were seen getting cozy at Kate Hudson and Cade Hudson’s star-studded New Year’s Eve bash in Aspen, Colo., according to Page Six.

In addition to Richards and Umansky, other celebrities at the NYE bash included Kim Kardashian, Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Brooks Nader, Lewis Hamilton, Rachel Zoe and Shaun White.

Representatives for Richards and Umansky did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Richards and Umansky — who separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage — were previously photographed reuniting in Aspen on Christmas Eve with their daughters Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17, as well as Richards' daughter Farrah, 37, with ex Guraish Aldjufrie.

During the family trip, Sophia posted several videos to TikTok featuring her parents, including one of them watching a movie together. "My parents watching their little movie and eating their little popcorn on the floor like little kids," she wrote over the video.

In October, Richards told PEOPLE that she "won't be single my whole life," but is in no rush to settle down.

"Right now, I'm just enjoying being by myself and with my girls and traveling and enjoying the time I have off from shooting," she said. "I just had a girls' weekend in Nashville. We had the best time. It's like all the fall vibes. And I'm good."

Richards added she "of course" hopes to settle down again in the future.

"I hope to get married again one day," she said. "I mean, listen, I'm someone who really enjoys being married."

After her split from Umansky, Richards sparked romance rumors with musician Morgan Wade when she appeared in her music video for the song "Fall in Love with Me." She has opted to remain quiet about their relationship on RHOBH.

During the show's season 14 reunion special, Richards revealed she felt "guilty" about bringing Wade, 31, into the spotlight, adding that the attention caused her "anxiety, and she doesn't want to be a part of that."

Umansky, meanwhile, told PEOPLE last month that his daughters have been giving him relationship advice as he's navigated his "single" era.

"They always talk to me about it," he said. "The biggest advice that they give from their perspective is: 'Dad, we want you to be happy. We want you to enjoy yourself, but be age-appropriate.' "

"They try," he continued. "They want me not to be photographed and be out there, particularly with somebody I'm just on a first date with or something like that."

In April, Richards said that she and Umansky are still "very good friends."

"Mauricio and I get along really well," she said. "You know, we both want the best for each other. We love our daughters...I have his back. He has mine."
