The actor recently teased fans with a mirror selfie. It seems like Jackman is definitely back as the clawed mutant, but it’s basically only in the mirror. This happened after he recently shared a playful glimpse of himself channeling his Wolverine energy. The actor took a mirror selfie, showing off how even his hair seems to be, tapping into the unique character.

According to Movie Web, as soon as Hugh Jackman’s latest picture made its way over to social media, with the caption, “When you wake up, look in the mirror, and realize you’ve actually become the character you’ve played for 25 years,” it instantly sent fans into a frenzy. Quite a few of them were left obsessing over the moment, while many were also wondering if another full-fledged return is on the horizon.

Throughout his career, Jackman has famously portrayed Wolverine multiple films in the X-Men franchise and Marvel franchise. Following this uniquely fierce character development, the “Song Sung Blue” actor eventually ended up giving the character an emotional send-off in “Logan.” This happened to be a very emotional moment for the fans.
