A report suggests that Prince Harry “misses” his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. According to the source, Harry is aware that William may still hold a grudge over their strained relationship. However, they claim the Duke of Sussex is prepared to be the bigger person once again and offer an apology if that is what it takes to mend the family rift.

Sources say Prince Harry misses both his brother and sister-in-law

Sources told Heat World that Prince Harry is ready to reconcile with Prince William because he reportedly misses his estranged brother and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. The source also claimed that Harry wants his father, King Charles, to see both of his sons at peace and hopes to find a way forward with his family. “On top of that, Diana’s anniversary is coming up; there are all these emotional reasons for wanting to find a way forward,” the source added.

The insider further states that Prince Harry thinks that his brother could be “vengeful.” However, it also doesn’t sit well with him that he’s the only one expected to make efforts towards their reconciliation. “But it’s also the pattern he’s been used to for as long as he can remember,” they added.

The insiders claim that Harry has often been the bigger person in his relationship with his family, dating back to their younger years. According to the sources, he is once again willing to put his differences aside and take the high road if that is what it takes to help heal the family rift.

Last month, British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard revealed that while King Charles wants to make things right with his younger son, that doesn’t appear to be the case with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“Charles is reigning, but William and Catherine are planning. And that planning is starting to look a lot like leading. Charles wants healing. William and Catherine want survival and stability. William is not doing this to be difficult. He’s doing it because he believes it’s right,” she said.

With Prince Harry planning to return to the U.K. in September 2026, the Duke of Sussex will be hoping to see a more receptive side of his brother.
